“For us, every custom noodle starts with a conversation”

OUR PASSION FOR THE CRAFT

At SATUCO, making noodles isn’t just a process — it’s what we love. From mixing dough to dialing in texture and bite, we obsess over the details so you don’t have to. Every strand we craft is a reflection of the care, curiosity, and pride we bring to the kitchen. Whether you're a chef, grocer, or fellow noodle lover — we’re here to serve you something worth slurping. Check out how we do things!

CRAFT WITH US

There are many types of noodles that can be made, varying in texture, elasticity, chewiness, softness, flavour, and colour. By understanding these properties and our customers' preferences, we can customise and figure out recipes to achieve the desired noodle for your dish. Whether it's enhancing texture, adjusting flavour profiles, or tailoring to specific preferences, we specialise in creating noodles that suit your needs.

Yakitori

How it works

In this initial stage, we’ll learn what you’re looking to create — from texture and style to cooking application. To kickstart the process, we’ll also share samples from our existing noodle range, giving you a benchmark to compare, explore, and refine your ideal noodle.

Making Noodles

Crafting

We carefully review all the details you provide — from texture and thickness to cooking method and serving style. From there, we develop the first test batch, which we’ll taste together, assess, and refine until it’s just right. Every tweak brings us closer to your perfect noodle.

Happy Selling

After refining and finalizing the recipe together, you'll have a noodle you’re proud to serve — whether it’s for retail, restaurants, or your own concept. And if it’s not quite there yet, we’ll keep working until it is. Our goal is simple: to deliver a noodle that truly represents your vision.
